Having recovered from the insanity of Bonn, civil society representatives from all over the world contributed to this special, longer-length post-COP ECO. It reports on activities, gives analysis of policy, and as always, gives a wide variety of opinions on the decisions (and non decisions) made by Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity.
