9:45: 11:00	Introduction to COP11   general overview including: Structure of CBD, Working Groups, SBSTTA, WGRI    Procedures & layers of COP meetings (Plenary/ WG/ Contact Groups/ FoCh/ … when to input and how) Convergence/Coordination between the CBD and other bodies (IPBES for e.) The place of biodiversity in future multilateral goals, such as ‘SDGs’; Particulars to this COP

11:30 am-12:30 pm	Presentation of Key Civil Society Issues – part I (topics 1-5) Article 8(j) and related provisions (8 mins) Biodiversity and development (8 mins) Biopiracy and ABS (8 mins) Terrestrial and Marine Biodiversity & Protected Areas (12 mins) Biomass for Bioenergy, Biofuels and the Bioeconomy (with Synbio) (12 mins)
12:30 - 12:40 pm	Splitting into 5 Working Groups (group to have one hour lunch break in between their discussion, eg. 1:00-2:00 pm, or right at the end – and for all to be back at 3:00)

12:40 – 3:00  pm	Working Groups 1-5 meet (discussions, exchange of positions, strategy for the COP11 tasks include identifying key points and a one to two sentence write up for potential use in public statement)

3:15-4:15 pm	Clarifications on: collaborative statements; ECO (articles,  editorial board additions if any); Dodo Awards; HLS (high level segment); CBD Alliance daily strategy sessions
